Mrs ReElla Miller Ball, 95, of State Road, widow of Rev. Vernon Ball,  died unexpectedly Saturday February 27, 2021 at her home. ReElla was born October 1, 1925 in Surry Co. to Walter and Helen Burcham Miller. She retired from Wolfe Brothers Furniture Co. and was a member of  Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. ReElla served on the Surry County Board of Commissioners, Board of Tri County Christian Ministry  and volunteered at The Habitat Shop.  She very much enjoyed cooking and working in her garden and sharing with others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Vernon.  Three brothers and one sister. Surviving are, her daughter, Sharron Ball and her son, Stephen Ball and special son, Allen Bennett all of State Road.  Two sisters-in-law, Patricia Ball and Emeline Miller both of Elkin. Many nieces,  nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 2, 2021  at Grassy Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery by Rev. Dennis Ball, Rev. Dustin Ball and Rev. Dylon Cook.
